🛂 New Support Service from the Department of Home Affairs: Immigration Status Resolution
The Australian Government’s Department of Home Affairs has launched a vital new initiative to support individuals navigating complex visa situations. The Immigration Status Resolution Service (ISRS) is designed to assist people who do not currently hold a valid visa or are on a Bridging visa E.
This service is a significant step toward ensuring that vulnerable individuals have access to clear, compassionate, and practical guidance on resolving their immigration status.
🤝 Who Is This Service For?
The ISRS is specifically tailored to help people who:
- Hold a Bridging visa E
 - Do not hold a valid visa

It’s important to note that the ISRS does not handle general visa enquiries or other visa types. If your situation falls outside the scope of this service, your enquiry may not receive a response.
