“Having cross-cultural staff at Brumby’s bakery is important especially that we cater for a multi-cultural society.  Overseas skilled staff bring their own culture with them and the exchange of skills with our local staff is important. It’s even more important to make sure the person is right for the job, and for the team, and what they do compliments the whole team.

Similarly with migration, it has been progressively complex and skilled migration keeps developing and changing over the years.  My time is very valuable and it is important to get the person that is ‘right for the job’.  Hence, it is important to have Migration Corporation duo Margie and Cecilia. They both can trouble-shoot and problem-solve whilst I can concentrate in running our bakery.”
